The Weymouth Township School District is a public school district serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade from Weymouth Township, in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States.
For grades 9-12, students attend Buena Regional High School as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Buena Regional School District. Students attend the high school from Buena and Buena Vista Township, along with students from Estell Manor and Newfield, who attend as part of sending/receiving relationships.[3]
As of the 2007-08 school year, the district's one school had an enrollment of 256 students and 19.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 13.5.[1]
The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "B", the second lowest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts.
